What size pictures are best suited for video?
Any size picture will work over 1MB. If you are planning on placing pictures from your digital camera, you are good to go. Avoid using pictures from a mobile phone or webcam, because they may be under 1MB.
After I place my order, how long before it's received?
You should receive your DVD in two weeks. Remember, this is a customized video. It will take some time to produce.
May I use less than eight pictures?
Yes. For example, you can use the same two pictures throughout the video. If you choose to only incorporate two pictures in the video, each picture will be used four times.
Is there more than one video to choose from?
Not yet. However, more videos are in production. Stay tuned!

*Please include your name on the back of each photo and a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your photos returned to you. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged pictures, and mailing us your pictures will delay your order fulfillment by a week. Also, keep in mind the photo quality in the video (since we will scan your photos) will not be as high quality as a digital photo image.
